I had a healthy baby boy on April 23rd, 2006! He was 8 1/2 lbs.

Here’s a very tired Mommy holding him in front of his “birth day” cake. He’s one day old.

We named him Abraham Christopher Loch. It’s kind of a tradition in our families to name the first male with his dad’s name being his middle name. My husband’s name is Christopher so we followed this tradition.

The next two pictures are after Daddy gave him his first bath at home. He’s two days old.


Here’s a picture where I caught his eyes open wide. He’s three or four days old.

I’ve been taking lots of needed time to relax and I’m starting to get back to a normal schedule now, although “normal” is of course different now that I’m a Mom!
